Trade Best for Welker or Wallace??

hey guys question;

I have RB J. best for trade and I was offered wr Wallace or Welker for him what do you guys think. It is a half a point ppr keeper league and we are starting
QB, RB, RB, RB/WR, WR, WR, TE, D, K

I feel I need a WR, Austin's value just took nose dive with Romo hurt...
I would love you guys thoughts

QB's - Shaub, Kolb, RB's - AP, Mcfaddan, Reggie Bush, Torain, Best, J. Harrison, WR's - Bolding, Austin, Tampa bay Mike Williams, Roy Williams,
TE's - Owen Daniels, K. Winslow, Ravens D, and Gould as kicker

Maybe Wallace but Best has a lot of upside for future years. I think he'll get it untracked and start getting some big game breakers. But, time will tell.
